On the 22th of June 2005, 61 yearses later, at the presence of many survivors, in a very emotional atmosphere, the Military Court of La Spezia has sentenced:

BRUSS Werner, CONCINA Alfred, GÖRING Ludwig, GROPLER Karl, RAUCH Georg, RICHTER Horst, SCHENDEL Heinrich, SCHÖNEMBERG Alfred, SOMMER Gerhard and SONNTAG Heinrich, all contumacious,
GUILTY OF THE CRIME RESPECTIVELY ASCRIBED TO THEM

and, it considered existing for all of them the contested aggravating circumstances, with exclusion of which by virtue of article 47 c.p.m.ps. and, only for Göring also of which by virtue of article. 58, paragraph 1, c.p.m.p.,

To the Punishment Of the life sentence
as well as, jointly among them, to the payment of the trial expenses, with the consequences of law […]
